Planning a year end staff lunch/dinner or a customer event ? We have some great options to choose from.

Our restaurant is located in a unique off -road setting in Craighall with a seating capacity of 60 and a standing capacity of 80. In preparation for the upcoming year end activities , we have launched a seated set menu and a cocktail canape/small plates menu. We DO NOT charge a venue hire fee for groups over 50 people but a minimum spend amount will be applicable. We are licensed until 12pm. Please contact us direct to discuss your requirements

  • Saucy steak250g beef sirloin topped with a sauce (mushroom, pepper or cheese) served with your choice of a chips, salad or coleslaw
  • Peri-peri chickenHalf a grilled PERI-PERI chicken served with a side of chips, salad or coleslaw
  • Fish and chipsBeer battered hake fillet, minted mushy peas and chips with tartare sauce.
  • Sourdough pizza30cm sourdough base. Choose any of the following pizzas – Missionary / La Med / Induna / Pompadom or the fungi (V) 800g
  • The Works burgerDouble 75g beef patties in a soft sesame bun with lettuce, tomato, gherkins, cheese, bacon (optional). Served with fries, salad or coleslaw
  • Coconut lentil curry (V)Medium hot lentil, aubergine and sweet potato curry with basmati rice and a crispy poppadum.

  • Contact Us or come and visit to discuss any special requirements we can make up a menu of your choice for your group. Let The Block make your celebration a day to remember. We can discuss a group discount after the menu items have been selected.
A La Carte Menu

To secure tables and dates, a 10% deposit is payable on confirmation, 40% one week before the date, and the balance on the day. Cancellations within one week of the date forfeit the deposit.
